When does Troop 302G meet?
We gather every Monday evening from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Wylie United Methodist Church. Meetings focus on skill-building, trip planning, and hands-on leadership development for all ranks.
What gear is required for new scouts?
New members will be instructed as to what gear is needed at their first meeting! We are happy to help our Scouts find their equipment at the best cost available. Scouts are Thrifty!
How often do you go on camping trips?
We pride ourselves on monthly outdoor adventures. This includes weekend backpacking, camping, and a week-long summer camp in various BSA camps.
Can I join without prior experience?
Absolutely. We emphasize 'Learning by Doing'. Whether you have never slept outdoors or you are a seasoned trekker, Troop 302G is about building leadership and confidence together.
